Mr. Malman is an alumnus of the University of Miami School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 1980, and he is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is also a member of the Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as the 5th and 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. For the past 25 years, Mr. Malman has focused exclusively on Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability. He has participated in jury trials in both State and Federal Courts. Furthermore, Mr. Malman has conducted private seminars for law firms on Social Security Disability and its relation to Workers’ Compensation Law. He has served as a Social Security expert in Workers’ Compensation cases and has received numerous clients via referrals from many Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation attorneys over the last 20 years.
